I'm doing it right now and it works I lost 10 pounds so far this is my second week

good program that I used for 2 years, but takes huge effort.
I tried it a few years back. Great experience. I didn't keep it up though.

this was good when I did it. Hard to find the time to stick to the excercise plan.
Started out folowing the programme but didn't notice too much of a change so ammended the diet part to match that of a competition bodybuilders but scaled down for someone of my stature.
