Initially I had weekly treatments of a "bladder instillation cocktail" which consists of,
*Bupivacaine HCL 5cc
*Lidocaine 2% 20cc
*Heparin
*Kenalog 80mg
*Gentamycin 80mg
Now I go at least once month or if I have a flare.

Hard to tell if the installations work. I do lidocaine, heparin, sodium bicarb and kenalog (steroid). It is hard to tell if they work, but the lidocaine does help with the burning flare-ups.
