Yes, this works, BUT have to take on empty stomach, and CANNOT miss a pill (2X day). Works better in cool months, summer is a bitch, but the BC seems to shorten duration and frequency no matter what.

I take Black Kohosh and then I get off it for a month or 2..symptons come back and/or they get worse so yes it works for me..
