I have a wonderful doctor who believes in bioidenticals. They work and are safe to take. Do not buy into the big Pharma hype about them and how they are no better and can cause breast cancer. The truth is they cannot be patended so the drug compainies cannot make big profits on them. Find yourself a doctor who does blood work first to prescribe these (forget the saliva sample stuff). It works and is safe.

It was better after sinus surgery (about May) this year but now that I have the irregular heart beats back....my anxiety is bad again!

It helped my symptoms for about a year but, the irregular heartbeats started a few days ago. I will get my blood checked again because I was told you may have to "tweak" the dosage to get it right. It did make me feel better though!

Less side effects than commercially prepared pharmaceuticals (yeast infections for example)but not sure if I need more than just bi-est, I used to get tri-est and progesterone cream but one doctor said not to do cream if no uterus but now I,m not so sure - I think my adrenals and thyroid may be messed up or depleted, also think I need testosterone or DHEA, and vaginal cream.
