The only thing that seems to work and even that doesn't work 100% of the time. Still so far it's the best bet for me.

Works well for me. I take it ever 8 hours and unless there is a major change in meds for me it works. I notice sometimes if I start a new drug it takes longer to work

Definitely has stopped the urgency to find a bathroom. I also use Imodium occasionally if I know I'll be in a situation where the IBS will be aggravated.
