works on the rare occasion I get diarrhea. It seemed strange to me to want it to stop, as I am usually very constipated.
For colon spasms. Just had three bad days not in a row so I really dont know what is helping or not yet.
It helps with some of the pain and cramps. Sometimes it makes me sleepy.
