We use one at home and in school. He loves to get the rewards. If he does not do a chore or is giving me a really hard time I dock his pay which he really hates. He loses 5 cents for every article of clothing I have to pick up or if I have to feed the dog. He loses 10 cents and has to pay his brother if he hits him. This is working out well. He loves his allowance.

I went to a therapist who gave me different options of how to handle situations in life.

Working on it, been to several shrinks but not for acting out. He has severe OCD, and anxiety and depression. He expects to be perfect and is not happy he was dealt this autism gene. (if that's what it even is - my dad shows signs of autism as I take care of him also, he's 75).
