Slowly starting to have an effect. Routine has been the most important.

It's taken years and I've only been able to curve some of my problems. But the first step is recognizing the problem. I tend to worry about stupid, unimportant things, things that are beyond my control, but make me feel like a failure. First I tell myself I'm worrying too much.The second is stopping those thoughts dead in their track, just getting rid of the thoughts. The third is telling myself why it really isn't that bad. The last is stopping it from happening again.
