Taking TONS of this stuff lately!!!
Working / Worked
I am putting 1/4 tsp in about 16 oz of water. I definitely recommend putting the water in the glass first, because otherwise there might be residue at the bottom which means you didn't get the full effect of the baking soda.

I only tried it once. I couldn't tolerate the taste and was very worried about the sodium content so I haven't tried it again.

OMG! It's the best!!!
I don't think I could live without baking soda. As soon as I have a flare-up, I use it and usually within a half hour to an hour, the flare up begins to subside
