20mg for muscle spasms helps a lot.

I am currently taking 30mg of baclofen a day and I feel that it gives me some reflief but plan on talking with my neurologist on increasing my does at my next apptointment.
Thank God...I used to feel like I had "worms" in my arms & legs also started having trembling hands before I started
