Don't use it anymore. Used it when I wasn't so bad and it seemed to help.

I started on a moderate dose during an acute allergic week and afterwards reduced to a lower maintenance dose. I hate the taste and, despite rinsing, the mouth sores. Still, it's in my best interest to keep using it.
