Was switched to Copaxone after my initial two years of diagnosis. I think it helped but not real sure.

This drug has not worked yet the said by the third shot I should notice its effect.

Since on it I've not noticed any worsening of symptoms. I've not had a problem giving myself the shots because I have a medical background and already give myself B-12 shots every month.

Just had my second shot 5 days ago. I'm not to happy with it yet. My MS flared in December and has not gotten better but worse and now with avonex it is worse then ever.

Did not like it. Developed Antibodies. Did not like the injection due to the size of the needle.

I don't know if it kept the esaserbations(spelling?) at bay or not. But I do know that that was the first therapy I tried and the first couple of shots I took just about had me in the E.R. My husband was going to take me, but I used some relaxation techniques I learned in Martial arts and it got me through it.-Whole body cramps as stiff as a board,shivering so bad I couldn't hold a thermometer in my mouth to get my temp, It must have been pretty high. Don't ever want to go through that again.
