Its worked great! so much so, that honestly after the first 2 years of taking it. I havent faced a single symptom. No Relapse. No Symptoms. The only remnant of MS in my life, i never wear stilettos. wedges uptil 2 inches are cool. Though that formality is only battled with on formal occasions! ;)

I had little to no side effects but my MRI showed that there were still a large amount of "hot spots" so we switched to Copaxone.

Been on it 3 weeks. Too soon to know if it's working, and there's controversy over whether it actually help but I'd rather be doing Something proactive than doing nothing.
