At first I had the really weird dreams as reported by many others my first on was actually quite funny. I still have really vivid dreams and suffer from the dry and flaky skin reported by others in this site.

So far Atripla has been amazing for me. My numbers are better than they have ever been and my doctor cut back my frequency of appointments.

Started in 10/06. VL 1.05 million. cd4 132. My only side effects ever have been the vivid dreams. Nothing otherwise. Now as of 8/2008, my CD 4 is 664 and my VL has been undetectable since my 1st three weeks on the pill. I love it, and it's saved my life. It's also so convenient. It's my safety net. I was given a few months to live when I began Atripla due to multiple OI's, but this has truly given me back my life! After 7 years w/HIV and then a year of full blown AIDS, I feel better than I ever have in my life thanks to this drug.

My viral load is undetectable. My Tcells are about 740 and rising. Coming up on 1yr of taking atripla. I like it due to minimal side effects

Been on it for two years now . Is working though Hep c tx set it back just a wee bit. Been undetectable for many many many years now .Side effects are wild dreams. I have no problems and enjoy the show in my sleep .
