Atkins Diet Reviews
Working / Worked
It worked FABULOUSLY for me 5 years and since then I just seem to never get serious with it everytime I try! *sigh* I used to be so much more disciplined back in the day....
Working / Worked
It worked for me when I was young but not after the age of 40. It is also not healthy to cut out almost all carbs.
Working / Worked
did not work!
Working / Worked
I lost 70 lbs on this diet previously... and only gained it back as a result of depression and stress in a terrible relationship.
Working / Worked
I did Atkins for a few months. Prior to starting I read his entire book as to be aware of the changes my body would go through. It definitely works if you follow along with the book. I did'nt have any side effects. Unfortunately stress sometimes happens and I increased my carb intake more than I should have.
Working / Worked
it really works but again I did not stick with it
Working / Worked
Was helpful, not sustainable
Working / Worked
Worked GREAT, but not sustainable, particularly now that meats and cheeses are out of the question and I cook for my entire family.
Working / Worked
It worked until I introduced carbs back into my diet.
Working / Worked
