I started the diet 3 days ago...however I have used it a couple of times to help me maintain the weight I originally lost on the atkins diet. I lost about 90 lbs total.. 60 of it on the Atkins then I plateaued...then I started to watch my calories and walk. It is a very easy diet to follow if your mind is set!

This was the most successful diet when I did it the first time and had the will power to stick to it. It took me from my heaviest 235 down to my long standing weight around 205. Not ive gone back up to 225 and am no longer interested in low carb.

Works when I'm on, but gain back what I lost as I don't stick with it long enough to make a difference. Far less hungry & don't get sugar "crashes" on it.
