great! LC in combination with Primal has been a lifesaver for us
I managed to lose 40 lbs when on this diet but my energy levels kept depleting.
This worked for a period of time but my body was weak and I felt sick a lot.
Tried this a few years ago and it did work, however I don't think I can afford that much meat.
I did the first two weeks over five years ago to kick start my weight loss plan and it worked.

I was on Atkins for about 6 months in 2007 or so and lost about 60 pounds. At my annual physical, I was told my cholesterol was too high, so I quit (and gained all the weight back). Side note, my cholesterol is high even when I'm not on Atkins.
