great! LC in combination with Primal has been a lifesaver for us
I managed to lose 40 lbs when on this diet but my energy levels kept depleting.
This worked for a period of time but my body was weak and I felt sick a lot.
The concept is great but execution not so easy
It's tricky at first, but after a couple of weeks, the body adjusted and the energy level picked back up. Discovering all these new vegetables!
