I did the first two weeks over five years ago to kick start my weight loss plan and it worked.
worked fast but came back fast

I was on Atkins for about 6 months in 2007 or so and lost about 60 pounds. At my annual physical, I was told my cholesterol was too high, so I quit (and gained all the weight back). Side note, my cholesterol is high even when I'm not on Atkins.

It worked but it was incredibly hard
It worked but after eating the same thing over and over I got tired of it. I needed more creative ways of eating just meat, cheese and veggies.
Initailly worked and lost weight. Recently has stopped working and gained 25 lbs.
