My anxiety was under control until day before yesterday. I started taking deplin for depression a week and a half ago. It was fine for about 4 days then it made me anxious. I heard niacin helps with anxiety. It made me fee terribl. I felt tired and got a headache. The next morning I woke up with extreme anxiety. I woke the next morning with the worst anxiety I have felt in years. I took my methlphenidate which I take for add and after about20 min felt this immense calm come over me.
