I take 50mg daily, works great. The beta blocker keeps my pulse rate low and steady, I've never had any problems with it.

This works... some. I take 25 in the morning, and 25mg at night. If a bad day, I'll take 25 more in the afternoon. I have a lot of exercise induced tachycardia still.
