Still taking this. Prescribed 50mg, but have to take like 3 of them to make any difference. Good thing is, since its an antihistamine, the worst thing that will happen if I take too many is that my sinuses get all dry. Which is great, I have terrible allergies. Ha. No bad side effects for me. I actually like this medication.

It is the only way I can sleep, other wise my brain will keep ticking along analizing everything I do, or experience to the point of multi-layered outcomes. It's a never ending circle of " then what if" 25 mg x 3 day.

Working with sudden anxiety attacks. Helps with sleep too. Drugged feeling in the morning though. I will take that over anxiety attacks any day!

It helps me to stay be calmer when situations come up.

I only use this for the itching from my Psoriasis. It helps to ease the itching, so I can sleep at night.

Used since Nov. 21 2012 If you take enough miligrams it can really help to relax an itchy body...making sleep completely possible.

It really makes me tired but the more anxious I get the more my skin itches and I scratch to the point of injuring myself
