Asacol Reviews

Show: for
Didn't work
been on it for 15 years
I take 2caps of Pentasa four times a day. It seems to be OK except I do have flare ups and have been in the hospital 4times in 2008.
Was a good medication for me but after coming off steroids had +++ joint pains and problems therefore transferred to Sulfasalazine.
I take 2 tablets 3x day - only two minor flares in a little over 2 years.
Have taken Pentasa for years so it must be working. No side effects.
Currently taking. Started with 2400mg a day and now taking 800mg a day.
I took/take very intemittantly (not prescribed in this way) but find it difficult psychologically to keep taking it when nothing seems wrong. However I've never had any side effects.
This med usually works...not on any meds now
This controls most of my symptoms.
