Aromatherapy Reviews

it helps but have to be careful some aromas have actually triggered panic attacks. Im told it is an associative smell.
Working / Worked
I have found that for me the quickest and most effective way of actually getting to sleep and staying asleep is aromatherapy. Basically the use of a scent or smell that is calming and relaxing to you. For me that happens to be the scent that has always made me feel safe that happens to be my big brother cologne as he is the only true family i have and the only person i feel safe around in my life besides my fiance.
Lavender pillows especially. Combined with a dark quite room.
Working / Worked
Yes it helps me alot especially in the emotion side. Do not under estimate the power of Aromatherapy but I warn you to only use real essential oil not fragrant oil or other synthetic substance for smell.
Working / Worked
It really works if you use the oils correctly.
Working / Worked
I make my own blends and lotion which i use every day and it really makes adifference to my skin. wearing natural fibres like cotton.
Working / Worked
Its a form of meditation I suppose but the scents help me block out whatever is triggering my nerves. Transferring my focus from the trigger to the scent helps calm me down and I try to stay focused until I feel well enough to continue what I was doing.
Working / Worked
I use a number of rollon blends candles and sprays to help calm me down in stressful situations. Very effective.
Working / Worked
I use it in a hott bubble bath & helps ease my mind , very refreshing
Working / Worked
The hott bubble bath helps relax my pain in my legs
