No Side effects that I can notice but what it does is very subtle and only noticeable after a month or more on or off the medication. I find it helps with the stiffness and tendonitis. However my disease is still progressing. Recently combined with Enbrel resulted in a spike in liver enzymes test so i have been taken off the Arava. Stiffness is starting to set back in again.

I have slightly more pain & swelling than with Methotrexate, but way worth it because I have so much more energy & less nausea.
