A hot bath always helps... (except when I was on Cymbalta... It would give me yeast infections every time I took a bath!!)

This was great! Don't get to this much. When I can it gives my muscles time to relax.

LOVE IT - does not hit the pressure points that are so tender and relaxes the muscles - need to figure how to get insurance to help for this!

It always relaxes me and makes the pain less.

I do Aqua Therapy in a warm (92 degree) water swimming pool. It keeps me walking and with little pain. A hot tub gets too hot for me. Five minutes is enough for me. Check into "Silver Sneakers" at www.silversneakers.com for participation insurance companies. I switched my medicare to Humanna-Medicare and I can go for FREE to a local health club and swim, aqua therapy, hot tub, sauna, steam, exercise, etc. Much better because I have nothing to maintain!
