hot water made joints sweel and painful. Have bursa in hip affeted by fibro as well.

yes it helps...and I swim also building muscle. On bad days I rest. I swim laps in heated pool and do hot tub also.

I do not have a hot tub or pool but I do take long soaks in bubble baths and it helps the muscle pain for a little while.
