I never knew there was such a thing as an Anti-Inflammatory Diet. I'd love to know more.

I got this from my acupuncturist and it's similar to the Ancient Chinese Diet (not similar to modern day Chinese food at all).
This worked very well but I found it hard to stay on indefinitely. I need to find balance and moderation to stick with hit.
