Ambien works for me, though I have a habit of saying and doing things that I don't remember on my way to bed.

A year & a half a ago I started with 5mg then tried but didn't sleep during the night. I tried ambien CR but didn't like it. Was put on ambien 10 mg and have stayed on that until now. The side effects of eating & sleepwalking have become more pronounced. Now I want to stop but cold turkey had a nasty withdrawal. Would like to find out if anybody some advice as to how to get off this drug?
