It helped me to sleep but I did have some complications with it. I would clean the entire house and not know where I put things. And once I carved a hole through two layers of skin the size of a nickel and didn't feel it at all. Use with caution and follow the directions! Just because you feel ok, doesn't mean you're not ODing.

The midwife prescribed 10mg to me while I was pregnant and I slept good but felt hungover the next day... but now that I've had the baby, I want to try to use it again.
