It helped me to sleep but I did have some complications with it. I would clean the entire house and not know where I put things. And once I carved a hole through two layers of skin the size of a nickel and didn't feel it at all. Use with caution and follow the directions! Just because you feel ok, doesn't mean you're not ODing.

Yes it works for me, I like the fact that it relaxes me so much and you can really get some good sleep on it. BUT you REALLY DONT NEED TO TAKE IT BY YOURSELF! PLEASE have someone watch you, forreal. Atleast until your use to it and know how you'll act on it. It makes you crave all kind of food an sweets, and some people say they were sleep walking on it, but I guess it depends on the person bc I didnt, but I did do some weird silly things on it and i'm glad My Husband was here to "watch" me.
