I used it at first every day for about 3 weeks and couldnt really feel anything and then suddenly it was like someone had given me the most effective anti anxiey/dpression pill! that was a month ago and i sue it 3 x weekly now and my mood and anxiety levels are excellent. sleeping a little better. Expensive though
