It was helpful but can supposedly throw off your potassium levels when used regularly which can cause heart problems... so while it worked well, I don't use it anymore.

I have been taking these for 2 yrs, they work at the pain, and help the bloating feeling, i swear by these tablets!
it calms my stomach a lot and I think it helps with nausea, its refreshing.

Sometimes i think that it is going to be ok but then i still go to the toilet alot
