I was prescribed Xemical and orlistat, they both worked but had horrible results if abused... still need to eat a low fat, calorie controlled diet tho... not magic!

Alli worked great for me! I lost a total of 12 pounds in a healthy time period. since i became pregnant i haven't been able to take it. but i've been off of it for 2 months and i still have not gained a pound back. that is the best stuff i've ever taken w/ no unhealthy side effects. i'm going back on it the day i get out of the hospital!
