Besides the support I have received from family friends and new friends on here, this book is the reason why I was able to quit. I bought it for myself as a new year's present and I got a lot of good possitive cognitive phrases and possitve states of mind from this book that helped me through every craving so far. I bought the kit that came with the 2 audio CD's which was only 4 bucks more.
