am 67 not on oxygen. apend a lot of time at the fitness center walking on treadmill, track and weights. the treadmill gets me breathing very deep,as well as raises the heart rate and helps me maintain a 94 pulse oxcimetry. when I try to do pushups or jog on the track.I get very winded and breathe like a fish out of water. I work hard to control, slow down my breathing which takes about 20 or 3o secs to get back to normal. I know what causes these moments, so I dont let them get out of control.

Do not need to use this very often. Only if my Asthma gets out of control. Side effects mild cramp.

My Salbutamol Reliever works instantly when my breathing is wheezy. Can'y complain at all. However when Asthma is bad I take it way too often which is when I need to start using a steroidal preventer.
