as needed for acute issues.
I am finding Alanon to be very helpful though I still can't get through a meeting without crying-listening to others and knowing that all these other people are finding a way to have some sanity in their lives gives me hope.
Since i have started going to meetings, its given me great comfort. KNowing that i'm not the only one in the universe going through this helps me get through the day. I realize that there are other people out there with simialr issues, even worse isues than my own. It makes me grateful for what i have, and honestly i can't see how i can live a happy life without it..
