I went to one meeting. I haven't gone back and I am not sure it would benefit me so much besides the fact that I can possibly make some friends that will understand. I am still quite mad and don't agree with some of the things. I am definately struggling.. I don't know yet
They are extremely helpful and supportive. We are fairly new to it. My younger son will soon begin Alateen
I am understanding how enabling has hurt my husband in his recovery. I have a strong connection with my Higher Power and I am learning to turn my life and will over to his care.

Parents attend this which is in turn helping me to recover.
