Doxorubicin or adriamycin or hydroxyldaunorubicin is a DNA-interacting drug widely used in chemotherapy. It is an anthracycline and structurely closely related to daunomycin, and also intercalates DNA. For ovarian cancer. But I couldn't use it for breast cancer. It would have caused heart problems. That's a good reason to know what drugs you've had in the past.

I had four rounds of this with Cytoxin every 2 weeks. Worked fine. I pushed myself because of my kids and didn't have many side effects.

Not too bad, medications helped the nausea and sinus headaches. Losing my long hair was a challenge. Fatigue.
