I prefer the 30 mg XR. I have anxity, so the XR doesn't give me too much at once. I feel the Adderall greatly improves my mood as well, requiring fewer meds to help with my depression on top of everything else. I have lost weight due to decreased appetite, but I had to just learn to force myself to eat when I needed to.

It worked for me but also made me a differant person, I was so into always getting stuff done I didn't spend much time with the people I loved in my life. It also made me pretty much a crazy bitch at the end of the evenings when it would wear off. Also made me loose a large amount of unhealthy weight fast.
