Acupressure (a portmanteau of "acupuncture" and "pressure") is a traditional Chinese medicine technique based on the same ideas as acupuncture. Acupressure involves placing physical pressure by hand, elbow, or with the aid of various devices on different acupuncture points on the surface of the body more at Wikipedia

I recently purchased a Prickly Pad which is a at home treatment mat and I love it. It has been the most affordable product/treatment I have tried so far and is very effective. No side effects because it is natural! And it can be used whenever convenient. I have also been to acupressure sessions which I enjoyed and felt very effective but they were too pricy to continue on a regular basis.

Dr. Karne uses this, acupuncture, manipulation on entire body and of course can't do without my cocktail, see B-12.

Works in the early stages. The webbing between the thumb and the index finger is very helpful if messaged. Secondly using thumb and index finger squeeze the bridge of the nose below where your glasses would sit and slide them up to the ridge under the eye brows then with the thumb press this ridge all the way to the outside of the eye. Repeat on the other side with the other hand. Continue as long as it feels good. Lastly using the palm of your hand message your temple in a circular motion.

Haven't found anyone where I live now. Helped when I was getting treatments.

works temporarily as a relief. if used continuously, should be more effective.
