I taught my children how to walk on my arms, legs and Back. I leaned in my childhood that a good strong tap on the back would work wonders. However, going to a professional would have negative effects and make my pain worse for days afterwards.
Working / Worked
I had this all down my spine during a very bad flare up. Painful after first session but after first few sessions it worked very well in helping me lo9sen up and start walking better and reducing pain.

Have used this alot when specific muscle groups where knotted up. Definately helps interupt the pain signal and with a little massage opens up circulation and reduces the swelling/inflammation. Painful though.

It helped at the time during my chiropractic visits, but I can no longer afford that treatment.

Worked well but insurance didn't cover and it got too expensive.
