Rimonabant (also known as SR141716, Acomplia, Riobant, Slimona, Rimoslim, and Zimulti) is an anorectic anti-obesity drug. It is a CB1 cannabinoid receptor antagonist. Its main avenue of effect is reduction in appetite.

Too Soon To Tell
Ive just started taking this new drug perscribed by my GP. It supposed to supress your appitite. Im not sure if they are working yet My appitite feels less but then im so depressed through my weight i think it may be the depression that has made my appitite less. Isanyone else taking Rimonabant what do you think?
Not Working
I was warned about the depressive side effects of this drug. They were pretty unbearable. The little bit of energy I had was zapped and I couldn't face anything. I managed about 3 weeks on this before giving it up.
