Not Working
I've been on Diamox for 3 years. i was taking 6 500mg tablets a day. It is no longer working. Even after 3 years, the side effects did not get any better. I experienced blurred vision, tingling in my hands, feet, ears, legs, and lips. My ears would ring and my speech would get slurred. I still get a RX for it, but will not take it. I have asked my Neurologist and Opthamologist to find out if there is any other type of treatment. There is florosimide but not sure if that will work either.
Not Working
Im currently at 975 mg Diamox daily up from only 250 mg at the beginning of this week. So far I am still plagued by horrible daily headaches and now nausea and horrible fatigue.
