This has been the least effective and my RN showed up recently and he noticed that I was supposed to take them twice a day, which I am not sure if its because I hate to take a lot of drugs or because I only get the bottle out and put in there bottles for AM and 4:30 PM and so I am now taking the afternoon pills and I hope to have my blood pressure go lower later in the day.
