I just let it come and go but I feel as though my panic never really mounts

Accepting that I had a problem ended the turmoil of trying to deny or exorcise it. Now I take each symptom and urge as it comes, choose not to act on it, and move on.

this is a hard one. the rewards are coming daily..but there is a lot of hard work in being still..It is a must for me..I need to be out of mind that is to say out of my thoughts..

I have adapted to just dealing with the pain when I have an attack. Since I have other digestive problems & diseases, that is the bast plan for me.
