I faced my fear of the dark and I'm doing a lot better.

Yeah I accept what I have and am learning that there is no reason to be nervous or scared around others.Big deep long breaths really helps me calm down and positive self help books help boost my confidence.
When I learned to accept the imperfections of other people and myself my personal relationships changed for the better!
I think I am getting there.
As soon as I began to accept me for who I am, I felt 1000% better!

Acceptance I do quite easily these days. I practice mindfulness daily, and do not expend energy on things I can do nothing about.
Living with it instead of denying it makes things SO much easier. ;)
