Many people including men were in my group and we all experienced the same feelings of uselessness, being at fault and fear.

I have after many years found a wonderful therapist who understands the effects of what I have seen and been through. She lets me go at my own pace and I have blossomed into someone who is finally finding out who they are and who they are meant to be in the world.
