I tend to have nothing to do at all. i go to work i come home i eat and sleep and it reapeat the next day. on my days off i do nothing but eat and watch tv (I hate watching tv) and i feel like im losing my sanity from boredom. I try to find other things to occupy my time but they only last so long.

off and on and off and on...got really bad in France b/c I went there with a package of 90 and since I was so freaked out being in a new country...I leaned on Xanax and got majorly hooked. Now I still take benzos...but I need/want/will talk to my doctor about...god, I don't know what to say. anyway. It sucks. Stay away from them.
