I only drink a few beers every so often, but end up sleping it off.

if i dont go to a store, i am removing the temptation... but then when i finally do go i feel like i havnt bought anything, i should reward myself...

Abstinence or limiting my consumption of simple carbs works alright though sometimes I still binge.

I think the core problems should be addressed before i do this.

I struggle daily with lonelines, with wanting to be loved, but thru past experiences I know that a man that truly loves and respects me will wait. Unfortunately he is rare. I am rebuilding my faith in Christ, self respect, dignity, and to give into physical desires without the commitment and love would be to destroy all I am working toward.

It seems like an odd choice.
