Easier said then done. I can avoid political blogs, (or support groups like this,) when I feel I've spent too much time on them, at the expense of my family. Harder for me to abstain from viewing hot women on the internet or even free porn, if I get a hyper sexual mood which can be a side effect of bipolar hypo mania.
