In the beginning prior to getting sober,I wasn't sure it was going to work for me,but in time I realized that by staying in the program I could have a better life if I wanted it,and it worked cuz now my life is better than I could of ever imagined it to be.

Still working on it. I got tired of my sponsor bugging me about going to meetings. Being harangued about going to damn meetings all of the time just adds to the stress.

Even though my drugs of choice were narcotic painkillers I have found AA to be a very strong and supportive group. I mostly attend AA meetings and I've met a lot of other addicts who go to AA and not NA. They say a drug is a drug is a drug.
Working / Worked
Attend them daily.
