I find aa meetings to be of some help.. However, it can be quite manipulative, clicky, and with some real no it alls...i can be one of those no it alls at times too... I am an alcoholic... lol....

Go to one or more meetings a day, do online meetings, working the steps, on step four and work on steps with sponsor. So far, so good, a meeting day, every day. AA is wonderful, my new addiction and is definitely working for me.
